another post to update then. i'm in the middle of studying my customer service book. as there's going to have a test as what sebrina ng told us. im getting ready just for in case. there's like so many notes to remember. i'm not some kind of robot or genius that i can remember everything so easily. note them down again and again just to remember. ):
